Why Alexion Is Overvalued

25 years ago a Yale Medical School professor quit his secure job to start a company. About two years ago, he quit that company and appointed his successor. And last month, that successor and his chief financial officer left in the wake of an accounting scandal.

Yet despite a 13% drop in its stock price after their departure, the stock has recovered what it lost. Is Alexion over-valued? I think its limited growth potential means the stock is dead money.
