Optibrium And Goldfinch Bio Sign Agreement For StarDrop License

Goldfinch Bio’s researchers select StarDrop to guide successful drug discovery

CAMBRIDGE, UK and CAMBRIDGE, MA, USA, 9th May 2017 – Optibrium, a developer of software for small molecule discovery, and Goldfinch Bio, a company focused on discovering and developing precision therapies to treat patients with kidney disease, today announced that the company has signed a multi-year agreement to license Optibrium’s StarDrop software. The agreement will see the deployment of six of StarDrop’s plug-in modules and implementation of StarDrop’s Query Interface for seamless integration with Goldfinch Bio’s chemistry and biology databases.

StarDrop is a complete package of fully integrated software for small molecule design, optimisation and data analysis. With a highly visual and user-friendly interface it enables a seamless flow from the latest data through to predictive modelling and decision-making regarding the next round of synthesis and research, improving the speed, efficiency and productivity of the drug discovery process.
