Medical Device Startup Ignite Orthopedics Launches in Indiana

WARSAW, Ind., June 20, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Ignite Orthopedics, LLC., a musculoskeletal product development company, announced today that it has opened its doors in the heart of the "Orthopedic Capital of the World", Warsaw, IN.

Ignite Orthopedics was founded by Brian C. Hodorek and Matthew J. Purdy. The two industry veterans have worked together for the past decade at Tornier, who later merged with Wright Medical. During their time together they developed a best in class shoulder and elbow arthroplasty portfolio comprised of first-to-market, break-through products that have shaped the competitive landscape in these segments.
