Lantheus Holdings Announces Public Secondary Offering By Selling Stockholders Of 3,000,000 Shares Of Common Stock

(“Lantheus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:LNTH), today announced an agreement to sell 3,000,000 shares of its common stock to be offered by certain of its existing stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”), pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form S-3.
