CORPAK MedSystems to Shut Down Buffalo Grove HQ and Lay Off Workforce

A global medical equipment manufacturer is planning to close its corporate headquarters in Buffalo Grove by the end of the year, resulting in layoffs to 81 employees based in the village.

According to a notice filed with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Corpak Medsystems Inc., along Asbury Drive in Buffalo Grove, will start laying off workers in late September and will continue to do so through mid-December.
